Call for Proceedings – Oral Presentation & Poster 

Dear colleague,

The congress has just ended and we wish to thank you again for your participation and the quality of your work. During these four days, the exchanges were fruitful. We invite you now to share your research in the 2017 World AIESEP Conference Proceedings.

In agreement with the Organizing Committee and the Chair of the Scientific Committee, Chantal Amade-Escot, the papers of the 2017 Conference will be published in 3 publishing media depending on your writing option:

1) Short text, that leads to an online publication (AIESEP and Université des Antilles Websites)

2) Long text, that leads to a publication in two peer reviewed journals, which were partners of the 2017 AIESEP Conference:

Each journal will publish after reviewing 8 or 10 articles either in French or in English.

In connection with the editorial line of each journal, the organizing committee will distribute the submitted articles (long text) to one or the other journal, which will conduct its own reviewing process before publication.

We invite each participant to submit a text according to one or the other choice: a short text to be published in the online proceedings, OR a long text to be reviewed for a publication in a peer reviewed journal. Do not submit for both purposes.

Texts have to follow the terms, conditions and deadlines below. They should:

  • Specify the publishing support targeted: online or article in journal,
  • Not have been published elsewhere,
  • Be sent in Word format to the following address: AIESEP2017@espe-guadeloupe.fr. File name: first name – name – AIESEP 2017.docx, Deadline: 1 April 2018,
  • Abide by the length of paper (be cautious of this critical point):
  • Short text for online publication: maximum 2 000 words including title, authors, institutions, abstract, keywords, text, references
  • Long text for publication in journal: maximum 6 500 words including title, authors, institutions, abstract, keywords, text, references
  • Conform to the attached style sheet

Call for Proceedings – Symposia

Dear colleague,

The organizing committee offers to you, as coordinator of a symposium, the possibilitity of submitting under the symposium tittle all papers presented in the symposium as a collection of X short texts in the online proceedings (see email send to each participant:

  • Short text for online publication: maximum 2 000 words including title, authors, institutions, abstract, keywords, text, references).

Please let us know your decision as coordinator, and if yes : collect all short texts before submitting them as a collection (same deadline and format as described in our previous email).
